from Songs of the Dragon by Akar Umbi

about

Mak Minah (as Minah Anging was popularly called) explained that a great king from across the ocean had arrived in his ship and decided to make his home here. Rafique Rashid recorded this song on a portable DAT during a rehearsal session at Mary Maguire's house in Kuala Kubu Bharu (probably in 1997), hence the homely and relaxed ambience.
